MUY BUENA ESTANCIA. PERSONAL EXCELENTE
El personal excelente. Soy celiaca y la chica que se encargaba del desayuno hizo todo lo posible por que pudiese comer de todo (bolleria, pan, todo sin gluten) y me guió en todo. El desayuno muy completo Tambien el chico de mantenimiento,que tuve un pequeño problema con el coche y me ayudo en todo. Estuve alojada 3 dias y todo perfecto. Personal muy amable y habitacion muy limpia
No puedo poner ningun comentario respecto al hotel por que todo fue perfecto. Quiza la ubicacion, ya que esta a las afueras de parla. Pero esta cadena de hoteles suele tenerlos en este tipo de ubicaciones. Todo perfecto

El servicio de limpieza y lavandería. El personal de recepción genial y amables y educad@s.
Lo único que si se puede tener mascotas pero tienen que ser más flexibles y entender que a veces no se pueden contralar en tema de ladrido y que si debería ser menos estrictos ya que se paga un suplemento ,poder dejarlos unas horas si es por tema de fuerza mayor. Pero muy agradecida de poder tener a tus mascotas contigo en la misma habitacion.

Estancia agradable pero la meta es trasformar lo negativo en positivo.
Atención del personal, el desayuno, hotel Petfriendly, aparcamiento.
El acceso y la salida, si uno llega en coche: no hay nadie encargado de la apertura de las rejas. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba. De la TV: oferta de canales muy escasa.
